Tracey Shewan, Director of Corporate Governance

Tracey trained as a Registered Mental Nurse in Staffordshire before moving to the Royal College of Nursing where she represented nurses and nursing on a regional and national level. Since then, Tracey has had various senior leadership roles across HR, communications, engagement and nursing, in NHS trusts, NHS England and CCGs. Tracey has previously been Director of Nursing for North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs and Executive Director of Quality and Safeguarding for South Cheshire and Vale Royal CCGs. Since returning to Staffordshire, she took up the role of Director of Communications and Corporate Services for the CCGs and the Sustainable Transformation Partnership, then transferring into the NHS Integrated Care Board at its inception.
