We’d like to speak to you about our new urgent treatment centres and the work we’re doing to improve our local services for urgent and emergency care.

Come to an event

We are holding meetings in different towns across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent in September and early October. Please join us to ask any questions you may have and share your views. See our events page for meeting venues, dates and booking information.

As well as these structured events, we’re attending a range of meetings hosted by community groups. We’re also visiting our urgent and emergency care sites on various dates to speak to patients and families who are there on the day.

Complete our survey

Have you needed urgent or emergency care for an illness or injury in the last few years? Could you tell us about which services you used, and your experiences?

Visit these pages to access our survey or our easy read survey. The survey will close at midnight on Sunday 13 October 2024.
