This strategy has been developed with our partner organisations, Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) and North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust (NSCHT) to develop a responsive mental health service that will focus on optimising bed use, developing integrated care pathways and prioritising patient wellbeing. The strategy aims to improve access to effective care and ensure positive outcomes for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
