Profile

Julie Houlder is an accountant and coach, and is joining Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB), bringing her experience of existing non-executive roles in George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.

She is the Chair of Sir Josiah Mason Trust – a charity providing almshouses (self-sufficient, low-cost community housing), care and support for young people. Julie is also a director of a multi-academy trust.

Her previous career was in the local authority environment, latterly as Head of Business Management at Centro – the organisation facilitating the provision and development of public transport within the West Midlands.

Julie is committed to integrating services and working differently with partners to tackle inequalities and improve outcomes for the benefit of the residents of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
