The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board Constitution

The Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB sets out its governance and leadership arrangements in its Constitution, formally approved by NHS England. It must ensure that it can effectively discharge its full range of functions, including establishing ICB committees to support the board and exercise any delegated functions.

Status of our Constitution

The ICB was established on 1 July 2022 by The Integrated Care Boards (Establishment) Order 2022, which made provision for its Constitution by reference to this document.

This Constitution must be reviewed and maintained in line with any agreements with, and requirements of, NHS England set out in writing at establishment.

Changes to this Constitution will not be implemented until, and are only effective from, the date of approval by NHS England.
