Our leadership programmes aims to develop, support and ensure we have talented managers and leaders to deliver our objectives.  Programme include:

1. High Potential Scheme – a pilot sponsored by the NHS Leadership Academy to develop talent from band 8 and above.
2. Scope for Growth – another pilot with NHS Leadership Academy facilitating career conversations for our colleagues.
3. System Connects – stretch programme allowing colleagues an opportunity to collaborate to deliver a change and improvement in service.
